My Journey to Self-Care
A few years ago, my world changed in ways I never anticipated. I was diagnosed with two autoimmune disorders, became a first-time mom during a global pandemic, and made the transition from a full-time career to being a stay-at-home mom. It was overwhelming, to say the least. But through those tough times, I discovered that self-care isn’t just a luxury, it’s essential.
Journaling became my safe space, a place to express my worries, reflect, and slowly make sense of my new reality. It wasn’t just about getting through the day, it was about healing, growing, and discovering new strengths within myself. That realization sparked my passion for sharing the power of self-care with others, especially those navigating life’s toughest moments.
